We are currently seeking a dynamic, problem solving Help Desk Analyst. This will be a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for their next challenge in the IT/Helpdesk world, who has a passion for food and loves working in collaborative dynamic environments. We're a small team, so we need to wear many hats. *In this role, you will:*
* Help identify, document, and resolve various technical issues pertaining to network and desktop support.
* Provide help desk support and resolve problems to the end user's satisfaction
* Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to requests received through the IT ticket system
* Monitor Service Desk for tickets assigned to the queue and process first-in first-out based on priority
* Modify configurations, utilities, software default settings, etc. for the local workstation
* Install, test and configure new workstations, peripheral equipment and software

* Technical certifications such as a+, network + and MOS preferred
* Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast moving and entrepreneurial environment
* Ability to work flexible hours and weekends when needed
* Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
