Administrative Assistant
Our client is a local auto dealership, and they are seeking an Administrative Assistant in their Human Resources department for a long term temp to hire opportunity! The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for the following but not limited to: - Entering sensitive information into the in-house data base regarding offer letters, compensation, benefits, etc. - Assisting with scheduling for the candidates for in house interviews, working heavily in MS Outlook and collaborating the Human Resources team. - Assisting with the process of administering assessments to the potential new hires, calling, emailing, and checking scores. - Assisting with administrative duties such as answering the phones, filing, faxing scanning, etc. - Working within team to ensure that all of the Human Resources functions are taken on.
